A small brewery with big ambitions: the Ayinger Brewery wants to promote Bavarian beer culture and traditional values, such as sustainability and regionality. At the same time, the boss, Franz Inselkammer, proudly describes his brewery as “one of the most modern in Europe”. In any case, the beer is delicious: Ayinger wheat bear was chosen as the best in Europe in 2015. At the "Bräustüberl" brewery you can taste for yourself whether it deserves this accolade.
